Dr. Hanson,

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I appreciate the time you took with me on Sat. 8/6/16. You are, by far, the kindest, nicest doctor I have ever met. You quickly calmed all of my concerns and you exuded compassion. I want to thank you so much for putting my mind at ease.

Although I "appeared" to crack jokes and laugh, it was a "coping mechanism" as I was so nervous. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and thank you for your valuable time. I was also impressed with all of you staff as well. Again, words cannot express my sincere appreciation.
